I started working on Ami's predecessor back in 2021 as a simple ModMail script. I was completely new to Discord development, relying on YouTube guides, and eventually had to step away. Five years later, Ami was born—rebuilt from scratch to fulfill a promise to a friend and deliver the modern, bug-free ticketing system I always wanted to make.
Her Purpose
Ami isn't a heavy moderation bot; she is a dedicated communication bridge. She handles public threads and anonymous staff chats using modern Discord tools, completely free of charge. Working on her is a passion project, and my goal is to make server management effortless for communities of all sizes.
